As a result of our growth and focus on continuing to strengthen the support we provide to our referrers and patients , a Full-Time opportunity is present for a customer-focused Administration Officer – Radiologist Workflow. This role will provide a range of administrative support services to the broader Radiologist team to ensure they achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner, along with the office management of Imaging Associates’ Support Office. What will you be doing? Provide admin and clerical support services to Radiologists, monitoring work priorities and workflow to ensure delivery of efficient and effective patient focused services. Manage and coordinate internal and external calls for Radiologists. Monitor and evaluate admin processes, systems and procedures to improve office efficiency and workflow. Manage Support Office facilities, including OH&S practices, repairs, maintenance and security. Manage reception enquiries, deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail, upkeep of office meeting rooms/amenities and stationery/office supplies. What are we looking for? To thrive in this new role, you will have: Previous administration experience in delivering high quality customer service in the medical imaging or medical industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships. Ability to demonstrate professional diplomacy and discretion while maintaining confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to anticipate and proactively meet the professional needs of the Radiologist team. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a process improvement mindset A positive and flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure at times Proficiency in in Microsoft Office suite of programs (knowledge of RIS and PACS software advantageous).
