About the Role Under the general direction and guidance, the Administration Officer is responsible for the effective provision of administrative and clerical tasks, support and services to the Organisation whilst providing a high level of customer service. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Ensure all visitors are welcomed and referred to the appropriate person. • Ensure telephone calls are screened, messages/appointments taken and passed onto the appropriate person. • General reception duties • Data entry • General administrative tasks which may include minute taking, photocopying/scanning, petty cash, file creation, email communications and organising catering as required. • Provides personal delivery service to sites on a as needed basis which include but not limited to; sourcing and assisting of delivery of cleaning and other supplies, groceries – e.g.: click and collect. • Assist with undertaking ordering of office and site supplies. To be Successful • Previous experience in an administrative or reception role. • High level of customer service and telephone manner. • Excellent administrative and IT skills Ability to demonstrate active listening. • Maintain high level of confidentiality. • Engages professionally and positivity in CLO’s performance systems. • Flexible approach to working structure, including hours and locations. • Exceptional communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively with a high diverse range of people. Qualifications and Essential Licences Current Drivers Licence NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain Working with Children Check or willing to obtain Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or equivalent.
