You will join our Operations business to work with a major player in the Oil & Gas industry on an offshore brownfield project in an Engineering Service Contract. Scope of Work Delivery of FEED deliverables associated with Construction activities Creating access workpacks Input into construction feasibility studies for the project Providing inputs into constructability reviews, schedules and estimates Coordinating with personnel offshore Input into design and engineering to ensure Construction activities are optimized and the works scopes can be completed safely and efficiently Qualifications What makes you remarkable? Ideally you will be suitably qualified Mechanical engineer from a recognized institution or tertiary qualification will also be considered along with 8 years of proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector in Australia working within multidiscipline fields. In addition, you will have: A demonstrated commitment to safety Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills – both written and verbal Previous experience in a role of construction engineering and coordination working in a project multidisciplined team Substantial experience of interpreting discipline documentation Sound knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments (RA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPS) and Hazard Identification Studies (HAZIDS) Substantial knowledge and understanding of technical specifications Desirable: What will set you apart is your proven experience in a similar role as a Mechanical Construction Coordinator working within a Brownfield EPC, ESC or EPCM environment, preferably within the Australian Oil & Gas / LNG industry.
