About The Role: We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team at the Derrimut office. In this key role, you’ll provide exceptional service to our trade customers and support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, confident in building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams, and bring a high level of attention to detail along with a positive, can-do attitude. Duties include: Serve trade customers by processing sales orders, raising invoices, and handling stock enquiries Prepare picking and packing reports for the warehouse/production team Respond to incoming phone and email enquiries Process payments (cash, EFTPOS, credit card) Provide general administrative support as required What You’ll Need Prior experience in building materials, warehouse logistics, or trade supply Strong time management and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with sales and dispatch systems highly regarded Excellent communication and organisational skills What We Offer: • Generous salary • Staff discounts • On-the-job training • Full time role • full-time role with regular weekday hours – 7:30am to 3:30pm
