Pre Construction Administrator | North Sydney — St Leonards, Willoughby Area

About the Company Join a well-established custom home builder delivering 80-100 bespoke homes annually across Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore. This business is known for high-quality, architecturally designed homes with project values currently ranging from $1M to $2M. With a close-knit team, they're growing and looking for a reliable, organised Pre-Construction Administrator to support their expanding portfolio. The Role This position will work closely with the pre-construction and site teams, assisting with documentation, approvals, client liaison/customer service, and general administrative tasks to ensure projects move smoothly through the pre-construction phase.
