Reception / Administration — Bundall, Gold Coast

Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team at their office in Bundall in a full time permanent role. The role is a great opportunity for someone with at least 6 months reception and administration experience. We're looking for a person that has highly accurate data entry skills, has a great phone manner and enjoys interacting with clients as well as daily administrative tasks. Working Monday to Friday during normal business hours, your role will be based in reception and will include: General reception tasks of greeting clients, taking and directing calls and managing emails Data entry, database management and file management General ad-hoc administration tasks Setting up meeting rooms, making teas and coffees for guests Learning some entry level accounts processes Assisting with cleanliness of reception, the offices and lunch room We are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria: At least 6 months' recent experience in a similar administrative or reception role Excellent administrative skill with highly accurate data entry, spelling and grammatical skills Experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients High organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines Excellent corporate presentation and a great, team focused personality On offer is a competitive salary package for this role, as well as chance to undertake training in a role that could lead to a rewarding career in the legal sector.
