We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a vibrant, collaborative firm based in North West/ Hills District. The team is friendly and close-knit, with 13 staff including a Senior Personal Assistant, and a culture that values support, growth, and progression. About the Role: Reception and secretarial support Collation of tax documents and correspondence with the ATO Assisting with client communications Light call volume – phones are not busy ATO and ASIC correspondence Working alongside a Senior Personal Assistant and wider admin team This is a mixed role and would suit someone who enjoys variety in their day. The team is happy to train the right person – personality is key, but they are looking for a bubbly or high-energy presence and thrives in customer service. Reliability, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
