Your Role Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for the design and modelling of custom structural products. This includes running collaborative workshops with the wider team in developing effective, buildable designs, particularly for bespoke projects. You’ll carry out detailed calculations and checks in line with Australian Standards, produce clear reports, and focus on designing out excess material to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You’ll also play a key role in standardising recurring designs and contributing to new product development. Strong collaboration with drafting and internal teams is essential to ensure each project moves smoothly from beginning to end. Other Details The position is full time and the right candidate is ideally located in Mount Gambier. Remuneration guide is $120 – $140k Super Performance Bonuses.
