A qualification in instructional design, educational development and/or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in education technology and support educators to deliver material using these innovations. Experienced in the design and development of online education and microcredentials for tertiary study and continuous professional development. Proven ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external customers to drive a project to completion. Demonstrated high-level computer skills and proficiency in the use of Learning Management Systems, Education Design platforms such as Articulate Rise, and Microsoft Office software. Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills. Proven well-developed interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high volume and deadline driven environment whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
