What you will be doing in the role: Meeting and greeting high net-worth clients with professionalism and warmth Managing a busy front desk – answering and directing calls, handling email enquiries Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and office upkeep Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and presented immaculately Coordinating catering and assisting with client meetings Using initiative to keep the office running smoothly – no task too big or small We’re looking for someone who: Has previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house position Is impeccably presented, articulate, and emotionally intelligent Can confidently interact with a high-end clientele while reading the room appropriately Thrives in a team environment and is happy to pitch in wherever needed Is highly organised, takes pride in their work, and delivers service with a smile Has strong communication skills and a polished phone manner Brings a proactive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn Experience within the financial services industry is not essential but would be highly regarded.
