Customer Service Officer — Pinkenba, Brisbane

Job Description Answer and respond to inbound phone calls regarding resolving customer issues, delivery times, quotes, general/first level technical product information, samples, and other general enquiries. Maintain internal email mailbox. Order entry on SAP. Process invoices and credits. Customer support and enquiries . Liaise with freight providers for delivery coordination. Provide assistance to Sales and Logistics teams.
