121212 Month Federal Government Contract Baseline Clearance Required ACT office - hybrid (or remote possible / WFH) A talented Content Designer is required with experience in a technical environment, interpreting complex information and conveying it clearly to non-technical audiences. The Content Designer will be responsible for the development and delivery of online communication content, eLearning modules, and work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in digital content creation and a working knowledge of content management systems. The Content Designer also plays an important role in ensuring stakeholders are informed and educated on the DevOps and agile delivery model adopted by the department. This includes creating engaging learning modules, animated videos, and user-friendly cheat sheets. Key duties and responsibilities Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business objectives. Translate complex concepts into user-friendly processes and guides for technical and non-technical audiences. Create and manage content for various online platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and alignment with the departmental style and brand guidelines. Produce high-quality graphics and layouts using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Measure and evaluate the success of content in meeting user needs using relevant indicators and metrics. Improve content accessibility, ensuring materials are user-friendly and inclusive. Balance competing priorities across multiple projects, teams, and activities. Provide professional and technical advice and services in relation to content design Development of learning resources, to be interactive, engaging with decision points, case studies and possible screen captures. Test eLearning courses before release, incorporating feedback to enhance the final product.
