Customer Service Representative — Smithfield, Parramatta Area

The Position Be the first point of contact for customers; answering phone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth Process and manage customer orders accurately via our internal system Handle customer queries and provide updates Work closely with our sales, warehouse, production, and accounts teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery Monitor stock levels and communicate ETA and availability clearly Support the sales team with admin tasks including account setup and compliance requirements Key Responsibilities Strong customer service skills A friendly, confident phone manner and a positive attitude Attention to detail and solid organisation skills Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities A team player who’s also self motivated and proactive Tech-savvy familiar with MS Office and experience with Oracle or similar is a bonus Experience in an industrial or technical customer service environment is highly regarded The Candidate Proven experience in a customer service, sales support, or order processing role Strong problem solving skills and the ability to de-escalate and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine customer-first mindset Ability to stay organised and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high volume environment A proactive attitude, with an eye for identifying areas for improvement and a willingness to suggest and implement changes The Benefits Free on-site parking Be part of a global brand with a strong local team Enjoy a supportive, energetic workplace culture Build long-term relationships with customers and internal teams Get hands-on with a variety of tasks - no two days are the same Great career growth and development
