The Role We’re looking for a mid-weight Designer or Creative Artworker to create high-quality creative assets across a range of mediums that align with our brand and strategic objectives. With expertise in design and a keen eye for creative storytelling, this role plays a crucial role in brand awareness and driving audience engagement across multiple platforms. Key focus areas include: Design high-quality creative assets for digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, video, website, print, and event materials. Develop campaign assets such as banners, infographics, presentations. Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver creative materials for awareness, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention campaigns. Partner with internal teams to develop assets for strategic programs, business updates, and key moments such as product launches. Partner with the Video Production Manager to deliver visually cohesive brand content, including animations. Liaise with external agency partners to produce and deliver exceptional creative solutions as required. Leverage industry best practices to ensure content is optimised for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations. About you This position is suited to a design professional with a passion for creativity, visual storytelling, and delivering compelling, on-brand design solutions. You will bring to life our brand in a way that resonates with our members and employers and key audiences, ensuring NGS Super remains the preferred fund for education and community-based professionals. Superannuation or financial services experience preferred, but not essential. Alternatively, the right candidate may come from a creative or design agency. Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field. 8 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably with corporate experience - in-house or agency side. Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) and other relevant software. Proven ability to create designs optimised for various platforms, including digital, social media, email, print and internal presentations. Ability to work from concept through to production where required. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design projects across digital and print mediums. Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint or Figma are a bonus. Basic animation skills in AfterEffects (preferred but not essential). Desirable Knowledge of (or prior experience in) the superannuation industry.
