About the Role Join our Customer Service team on a Full Time, permanent basis at our Beenleigh branch based at Loganholme. Duties Provide an exceptional customer service experience with a “Yes We Can” attitude Handling all customer queries in a professional and timely manner Answering a high volume of inbound calls, placing orders (data entry), and assisting customers with their day-to-day enquiries Providing customers with product, services and procedural information in a clear and simple way always ensuring accuracy Supporting internal and external sales with new and prospective customers Supporting Operational teams to ensure the customers' expectations are exceeded Demonstrate ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring follow through in a timely manner Maintain existing Supagas customer accounts with utmost professionalism Assist with branch sales through conversion of phone and email enquires Achieve set targets and KPI’s Skills & experience Previous experience in a high-volume inbound customer service or contact centre A passion for customer service Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people Intermediate computer skills with accurate Data entry (Inhouse system training will be provided) Professional telephone manner Ability to multi-task and prioritise your work (email and phone) Attention to detail, time management & problem-solving skills A professional approach and positive attitude towards your work and teammates Ability to work to deadline Administration/Account Reconciliation experience favourable though not essential The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical Benefits Generous base salary plus superannuation.
