Call Centre Operator - Out bound About Us: Our client is a leading online market research company looking for skilled outbound call centre operators to engage in an appointment setter project on behalf of a large and well-known global organisation. Come join us About the role: We're currently offering full-time hours on a 6-8-month contract positions in the Customer Service Team. This is an office-based role based in Surry Hills (walking distance to central train station) for early May start . You'll be handling outbound calls to business persons, including: Client verification and work off an established list. You will be setting appointments for research interviews on behalf of a large international government organisation. Data entry. The working hours are between 9:00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. You will need: Previous call centre experience ideally outbound. Good on the phone. High level of English proficiency. Able to deal easily with business people . Calm , resilient and emotionally mature. Good keyboard skills. Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel . Knowledge of how to send, receive and store emails (ideally in MS Outlook ).
