We are looking for Program Administrator to join our team. Job Responsibilities Conduct client assessments and help develop personalized care plans. Advice senior management on matters requiring attention and implements their decisions Coordinate daily operations of in-home care programs and ensure services are aligned with individual care plans. Monitor service delivery to maintain quality and compliance with policies. Facilitate clear communication between clients, families, staff, and healthcare providers. Supervise and support care staff. Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members. Schedule and assign staff based on client needs and preferences. Adjust services based on client feedback, health changes, or evolving needs. Prepare reports on program performance, client outcomes, and staffing. Manage program budgets and resources. Handle incident reports and resolve complaints or issues promptly Address performance issues and conduct regular staff evaluations. Ensure all care services comply with local/state regulations and industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits or reviews. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes. Qualifications, experience and knowledge: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma At least 2 year of relevant experience Strong workload management ability Good problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and external stakeholders.
