About the team: As a Call Centre Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of customer service operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate identification and verification of customers by collecting and reviewing necessary documentation. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and protecting the integrity of services. On any typical day, you could be: Handling inbound and outbound customer calls related to the Know Your Customer (KYC) processes; Collecting, reviewing, and verifying customer identification documents for compliance purposes; Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and documentation; Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues; Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary; Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. However a bonus if you have call centre or customer service experience under your belt. You’ve also got: The ability to problem solve and develop logical solutions that address the problems; Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially; Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to the relevant audience; Operational experience in handling sensitive customer matters; Proficiency in using customer service and CRM software; KYC knowledge is desirable.
