More About the Role at The Benevolent Society About the role This is an exciting new opportunity to join a dynamic company secretariat team that supports a purpose-driven Board of Directors. The role will support the Manager, Corporate Governance and Sustainability and work directly with the Company Secretary to deliver exceptional support to the Board. Duties - Manage the preparation, coordination and distribution of Board and Committee agendas and papers - Support and advance corporate administration - Provide calendar and general support to Board Directors and support the monitoring of probity and screening checks - Support the Legal team with a range of administrative and support tasks Our Benefits We support people to live their best life.
