Natures Hair has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and customer focused Retail Manager to join our ever growing business. We are looking for a full-time, permanent Retail Manager to join us. You will report directly to senior executives and will be responsible for work across our locations. As part of your role, you will be responsible for: Managing the budget and stock orders, sourcing goods and vendor negotiations Making strategic decisions and reporting directly to senior executives on operational goals Planning and implementing promotional offers and sales in line with stock availability and demand Planning, overseeing and implementing sales of products to customers in a way which boosts customer satisfaction and develops relationships Planning and implementing advertising and marketing in-store activities across locations Coordinating with store locations’ leadership (supervisors or in-store managers) and participating in weekly meetings with locations Location price setting and purchasing policies including return and exchange policy Recording and reporting on stock levels, budgets and location finances Overseeing hire, training and performance of staff, reporting on recruitment and staff/location performance and sales Overseeing and reporting on compliance with workplace regulations and health and safety regulations, managing HR issues and OH&S compliance About you: Associate degree, advanced diploma or diploma qualification relevant to the position; and At least 1 year relevant expense in a high volume retail setting If you possess the following skills, we would love to hear from you: Effective leadership and management skills Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving experience Proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs Proficiency in using computer systems Strong communication skills among all stakeholders Dedicated work ethic and eye for detail and accuracy
