Job Description We are on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented, full-time Administration Assistant to join our retail Administration Team. Reporting to the Senior Administration Manager, and located at our Castle Hill showroom, as the Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the dealership, including providing administrative support to our site Administration Managers. Your willingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong organisational skills will be essential. This role will see you: Provide administrative support to our site Administration Managers Manage tolls and fines Banking Service NSW transactions Sort through the mail and allocate Input supplier invoices Record Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) information for each vehicle Provide administrative assistance for all aftercare sales transactions Follow up on outstanding information related to vehicle sales Organise and maintain dealership records, which include signed sales contracts and documents.
