Position Title: Quality & Risk Administration Assistant Classification: HS1 Salary per hour: $29.57 superannuation generous salary packaging options Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 32 hours per fortnight Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 Role description Dhelkaya Health are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality & Risk Administration Assistant to support our quality assurance and risk management operations. A typical day may involve; Assist to maintain an organised office; including but not limited to answering telephones, organising incoming and outgoing electronic, shared email inboxes, paper-based correspondence, mail and related filing/ dissemination Take minutes for working parties or committees and disseminate agendas /minutes /reports as requested Enter and collate data from designated systems; extract data for reports, questionnaires and audits when required Prepare templates and other documents when required Customer Feedback Administration: Assist with data entry into VHIMS and other matters related to feedback as requested by Consumer Experience Coordinator About you Certificate III Business Administration or equivalent experience Advanced computer skills/ ability to navigate data bases and systems Strong organisational skills Demonstrated ability to work with a team and independently Please refer to the relevant attached position description and address the key selection criteria on your cover letter when applying.
