Administration Officer Food Services — Adelaide, Adelaide Region

This well-established company is now seeking a dedicated Administration Officer – Food Services to join their dynamic team based in Adelaide, South Australia. The Role Respond to customer phone enquiries promptly and accurately, using your knowledge or conducting necessary follow-ups to find solutions Accurately enter orders into the Wise software, received from both customers and account managers Ensure correct invoicing for all invoicing Maintain and update order pads as needed, including price adjustments and adding new product lines, while informing relevant sales reps Support the food service and supermarket departments with day-to-day operational tasks Identify and resolve any issues with orders before dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction Communicate with the production team regarding timelines for large orders Research and compare product options and pricing from various suppliers Process daily and weekly department reports Prepare credit return slips for returned or credited items and notify sales representatives accordingly Coordinate ordering of stock to maintain adequate levels File relevant paperwork systematically and maintain organised records Maintain a high level of record keeping for HACCP purposes and ensure all HACCP paperwork is current and up to date Update pricing information within the Wise system Compile and email monthly specials to customers Input specials into Wise and collaborate with the Operations Manager to create a monthly specials list Provide phone support during reception breaks or when lines are busy. Cover the reception, AP and AR role when they are on leave.
