Join Seven Network as our new Content Creator & Community Manager We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Content Creator & Community Manager to join the Sydney Network Marketing Team. The Opportunity: As Content Creator & Community Manager, you will play a strategic role in delivering sustainable growth for Seven Network. You’ll play a vital part in crafting content that connects and building a genuine, engaged community around our brand. You'll bring ideas to life through scroll-stopping visuals, video and captions – while also being the human behind our handle, sparking conversation and making our audience feel seen, heard and understood. In this role you will be working with the Social, Marketing, Creative and Brand Teams across Seven and will be based in our Eveleigh Head Office. You will be: Creating engaging, on-brand social content (Reels, stories, posts, memes, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Writing platform-appropriate, on-brand copy that drives conversation and engagement Monitoring and engage with our online community, responding to DMs and comments in a tone that feels real, warm and aligned with who we are Keeping an eye on trends and find creative ways to join relevant moments or conversations Moderating social channels and flag community feedback, insights or opportunities Collaborating with internal team members on upcoming campaigns or activations Supporting occasional content shoots, whether filming, directing, or briefing talent Tracking performance of content and surface key learnings or wins About You: You will be a confident, proactive, and positive Content Creator & Community Manager who has proven experience and a willingness to succeed. You will have: 2 years experience creating and managing social media content Proven experience building community and managing social media accounts A portfolio or examples of content you’ve created across platforms Confident content creator with strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills A natural community-builder who loves engaging with audiences Proactive, organised, and able to manage time effectively across a part-time week In tune with current trends, pop culture moments and platform best practice Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite or equivalents Self-starter who takes initiative but loves to collaborate A positive energy that lifts the team and always finds a solution Why Seven Network?
