The Role This isn’t your average admin job – you’ll be an essential part of the engine room that drives high-end property sales for a developer-backed team. You'll work closely with three experienced sales agents to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, documentation, and client communication. Key Responsibilities: Provide admin support across all active sales listings and buyer campaigns Manage enquiries, appointment scheduling, and CRM data entry Prepare marketing material, sales contracts, and presentation packs Liaise with stakeholders internally and externally to support the full sales process Coordinate open homes and inspections, ensuring the highest level of presentation Handle ad hoc tasks that support the day-to-day running of the sales department The Person You’re already working in real estate and love being organised, reliable, and the go-to admin within a team.
