Assist students in achieving successful education outcomes and high-level attendance through strong communication and working with families, staff and school community members. This includes liaising, assisting, promoting and supporting the establishment of sustainable networks which link families, students, schools and external organisations to support integrated student and family service delivery. The position also conducts follow up home visits for students not attending school. There is a high-level data entry requirement.
