Salesforce Developer/Administrator — Melbourne CBD, Melbourne

In this position you will: Participate as a technical member of the product agile scrum team including delivery cycles, planning, backlog development and refinement Manage defect fixes and minor enhancements through a SDLC development cycle, ensuring all deployments are aligned internal frameworks Undertake basic development in Salesforce Service Cloud including working on Salesforce LWC components and interfaces and Salesforce DX Oversee and test system flows, process builders, triggers, validation rules, and sharing & security policies. Input and maintain all product and user information on Atlassian and Azure DevOps toolsets Undertake all relevant testing as required on enhancements and changes to the system Undertake system and user administrative functions including technical troubleshooting, user support, onboarding, offboarding and user management. Undertake basic data analysis and reporting to identify trends, support business enquiries, and ensure ongoing optimisation of the system and VEU program. Develop and foster strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide support and system progress updates to the Product Owner t.
