Our Opportunity A unique opportunity is now available in our Longwall division for a Purcahsing and Project Administrator to join the spares and repairs team . This position will involve duties including but not limited to: As appropriate, select best suppliers for bought in products and services, bearing in mind reliability price and quality of purchases. As appropriate, nurture strong working relationships with key suppliers and sub-contractors, in QLD, NSW and overseas. Expediting and date maintenance of orders in Pronto. Verify that received products/services are in strict accordance with Nepean Longwall purchase order and advise accounts accordingly. Implement and maintain the spares and repairs process including quoting, purchase orders, invoicing, requisitions, and job files. Co-ordinate and participate in fortnightly meetings for WIP. Prepare WIP Reports for month end reporting. Maintain/ Review Sell Prices in Pronto Assist in training other departments in procession of sales within Pronto. Process and maintain warranty claims and repairs. Support with review and monitoring the inventory turnover and report on efficiencies and or deficiencies monthly. Maintain Toolbox To be considered for this opportuinity, you will have: Business and Commercial Acumen Organisational and time management skills Customer Service skills ERP (Pronto preferred) MS Office Suite / SharePoint including Advanced Excel and Project Ability to administer a control environment. Well-developed supplier and customer contact network Workflows and systems driven. Flexible, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
