Team Administrator - NSW — The Rocks, Sydney

Description About the opportunity We are seeking a motivated and customer focussed Team Administrator to collaboratively support our legal and business operations teams in the Sydney office. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing team, in a fast-paced and high energy role that is full of variety. You will work closely with our Legal PAs and Front of House team to provide administrative support to our legal and business operations team. Initially, this will involve tasks such as room bookings, expense management, copying/scanning/photocopying, database entry, filing, reception and event support along with other ad hoc duties. These duties will expand with your experience and involve leave coverage for our Legal PAs. This role is ideally suited to someone who is wanting to grow their administrative career and is excited for the mentoring and support our Legal PAs will provide. You’ll be someone who has an eagerness to learn, has a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be part of a friendly and collaborative team of Legal PAs, with many opportunities to get involved in firm wide initiatives across a range of areas including health and wellness, diversity and inclusion, and social. Due to the nature of the role in-office attendance is required on a full-time basis working between [8:30am and 5:00pm / 9:00am and 5:30pm]. Candidate profile Ideally, at least 6 months’ experience working in a customer focussed and/or administrative role. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Teams and Word) with the ability to learn new technologies and apply new skills. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills and the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise. Be an effective team player and have strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
