About the team and work Our People & Culture team are highly regarded across the firm. They foster a collaborative, supportive and inclusive team environment where you will receive mentorship from experienced HR professionals and the opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of work. Responsibilities : Provide administrative support to the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams. Manage administration of processes to support the end-to-end employee life cycle. Ensure the accurate and efficient management of employee life cycle transactions in the HRIS (Workday). Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, working with the team to identify opportunities to streamline process and enhance operational efficiency. Assist the wider P&C team (Learning & Organisational Development, DEI, and Performance & Reward) in key projects and initiatives. About you Previous administration experience in a professional services environment is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding and demonstrated interest in HR. Ideally you will have experience using a HRIS, preferably Workday, with a focus on data accuracy and process management. Intermediate Excel and Word skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. A curious and analytical mindset. Dedication to providing excellent service.
