Description About the Role The Administration Support Officer role will supply assistance to Management Team in terms of administrative functions such as appointment and communications management, support in data entry, reporting and document creation, front reception management and event coordination as well as general admin duties. This position will see you take on key responsibilities, such as the following: Proactively assist with queries and solutions both internal and external; Assist with administrative day to day operations; Accurate document management, record storage/archiving and data entering in a timely manner; Commitment to assisting with a range of adhoc tasks. Skills And Experiences Desired skills and experience to be successful in our Administration Support Officer role are however, not limited to: Relevant experience in a similar role. Customer Service Experience- confident telephone and written communication skills Strong Administrative Skills Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
