We’re looking for an organised, reliable, and detail-focused Technical Admin Assistant to support our Financial Processing team. This short-term contract is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong admin skills, and is confident handling confidential digital records. INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO: Review and relocate documents into the correct employee folders Rename, remove, and organise files according to the data retention policy Maintain confidentiality and follow clear admin processes Assist the Payroll team with ad hoc admin tasks (no payroll experience needed) Work independently while receiving guidance and check-ins from the team INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL HAVE: Strong admin or team assistant experience Ability to follow detailed instructions and process documents with accuracy Trustworthy and comfortable working with confidential records Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and working with digital filing systems Ability to work independently with regular check-ins WHV candidates welcome with relevant experience If you're looking for a 3-month Technical Admin Assistant contract, we’d love to hear from you.
