About You Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ experience working in a public practice accounting firm. You will also possess the following: Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written. Experience using Xero would be well regarded. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Exceptional client service skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work as part of a team but also have the ability to take ownership of your role. Full working rights in Australia.
