About the role We are seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our expanding Recoveries team . The role will include a variety of key responsibilities such as: Owning and maintaining critical business email inboxes; Data entry - ensuring accurate data entry and information is entered in the relevant systems; Managing and triaging phone enquiries; Any other required administration duties Office management, purchasing and general tidying About you As a talented communicator who engages well both face to face and over the phone, you have exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills. You are organised and understand the importance of delivering a high-quality service. Knowledge and experience required: Ideally 1 year experience in a claims, administration or similar role; Excellent customer service skills; Excellent organisational and time management skills; Strong negotiation skills and excellent written and verbal communications; Ability to work autonomously; Intermediate PC skills.
