Administration Officer / Registrar — Perth, Perth Region

Our client, a prominent Pre-Tertiary Education Facility located in Wellard, is currently seeking an Administration Officer to provide professional customer service whilst coordinating the end to end administration of all school enrolments. Our client will consider temp to perm opportunities for this role. This role involves: Managing all school enrolment enquires both in person and online Preparation and sending enrolment packages Conduct tours of the School with prospective students and their families Prioritising incoming correspondence and initiating items for action Manage all workflow processes associated with enrolments Maintain student enrolment applications and records Provide statistical information regarding enrolment data Promote school programmes and scholarships Participate in strategy meetings Maintain accurate information in the school's database systems Essential Criteria: A tertiary qualification with at least 5 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience, qualifications, and training Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Exceptional time-management and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to make decisions when required and to be proactive Excellent presentation Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Current National Police Clearance (less than 6 months) Current Working With Children WA Check Previous experience working in an Education Facility will be highly regarded.
