To lead curriculum development, improvement and staff efficacy in the development and delivery of quality online, asynchronous teaching programs that align with the Northern Territory School of Distance Education Instructional Model, school-wide professional learning, and provide flexible and innovative approaches to engage students and to create a welcoming and caring environment.
