Our Melbourne depot has an opening for a Transport Operations Assistant based at Derrimut. About the Role: Our Melbourne depot is looking for a Transports Operations Assistant to ensure our operations continuously flow to meet the needs of our valued customers. Any given day will see you working across such responsibilities as: Co-ordination of freight, deliveries & drivers for local runs. Raising and reconciling freight bills Site safety auditing. Loading planning and supporting operations where needed Managing freight bookings and time slot requests The facilitation and administration of customer orders and jobs received Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Depot Manager About you: To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate: Prior administration experience with competent computer abilities. The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task. Have excellent time management skills, planning and organisational skills. Have a positive attitude with the willingness to learn. Be a team player with excellent customer service skills. Have a genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer.
