Beaches Location We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator / Administrator with a passion for Facilities Services / Building Compliance to join our team. If you have previous Fire OR Electrical, Facilities Services, even HVAC experience we would like to hear from you ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is motivated, organized, and has proficient coordination/scheduling & administrative abilities. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Service & Testing Work scheduling, ensuring that technicians are allocated to the correct assets to complete assigned works. If you have UpTick knowledge, SalesForce or MS suite with exceptional proficiency in organising & delegating required tasks we would like to speak to you ASAP Great Opportunity to progress to a Business Development or Project Management position within this rapidly expanding Company. About You: Proven experience as a Service Coordinator OR Contracts Administration, preferably in the fire protection industry, Electrical &/or HVAC experience highly regarded. Coordinate required works on daily basis effectively communicating to required Technicians for each specific RO. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring all documentation of all compliance requirements are cataloged, execute contractual agreements as per service agreement.
