Would suit a person returning to work, early career minded person or school leaver with administrative duties in their sights About The Role Must have impeccable Customer Service skills exhibiting politeness, reason, conflict resolution and promptness in replying with a resolve Effective communicating and corresponding with internal / external stakeholders Work with minimal supervision, assisting a highly effective Executive Team procuring administrative duties as required Maintaining databases Drafting of letters and legal documents Collecting / collating, recording and distributing incoming correspondence and mail Assist in improving work processes Seize growth opportunities and career progression avenues Identifying and reporting risk to appropriate management Any other duties as required What a Successful Candidate Looks Like Demonstrated administration experience Strong problem solving ability and adaptability to sudden changes Exceptional interpersonal skills Superior time management and organisational abilities Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a positive attitude Self management skills to see tasks through from start to finish Availability for possible weekend work Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail Prior security industry experience is valued but not mandatory Current drivers licence valued Thrive in a role brimming with learning, innovation, and challenges Why Work for Us?
