You’ll work closely with the delivery team to ensure everything is in place to run a smooth build, helping to guide projects through the pre-construction and early delivery phases , and ensuring documentation, client liaison, permits and project admin are handled with care and precision. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate with councils and consultants for permits and approvals Prepare and document client meetings, selections, variations, and specifications Administer construction contracts and maintain project documentation Liaise with clients throughout pre-construction and delivery Ensure clarity around provisional sums, client upgrades, and cost changes Provide ongoing administrative and commercial support to the project team This role suits someone who loves the detail, loves to follow process, takes pride in clean project setup, and wants to be part of a capable and positive delivery team. The Builder Well structured, busy and with a flat management structure, this established brand within the medium-density townhouse building space can draw on the experience of two 'in-house' development businesses in addition to well-established relationships with local developers, backed with local and international investment. Delivering hundreds of new double and triple story townhouse builds on an annual basis, they have a long secure pipeline of work and looking to bolster their Contract Administration function. Since establishing the business over a decade ago, they have grown conservatively, yet profitably, to high standards and with a focus on profitability over turnover. Are you suitable? This isn’t a role for someone just learning the ropes—we’re looking for a solid operator who can hit the ground running and contribute to the team from day one.
