You Will: Prepare, review and manage contracts in line with company policies and relevant legislation. Liaise with Operations to ensure contractual terms are understood and followed by the site teams. Monitor the performance of contracts to ensure compliance with terms. Identify and pose ideas to mitigate risks associated with contract performance and deliverables. Maintain accurate records of all contract documentation and correspondence. Provide feedback to the Operations team to assist them in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions with clients. Description About You: A commitment to delivering quality outcomes and maintaining positive working relationships. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing timelines. High attention to detail, analytical skills, self-motivated and customer focused. Previous experience in the property service industry ie: Cleaning/Security/Concierge. Intermediate level of computer literacy, particularly Word and Excel.
