ABOUT THE ROLE This role will support our Event Day Customer Service Manager in the delivery of effective workforce planning for all events and functions to ensure superior customer service for patrons, members, and sporting partners. The successful candidate is required to coordinate with event managers to determine staffing needs, manage event day operations including staff check-ins, and liaise with staffing contractors as needed.
