About the role We have an opportunity for a fulltime Warranty Administrator to join our state-of-the-art dealership. You will ensure all warranty processes within the business are completed in line with manufacturer guidelines and are followed through to completion to maximise efficiency and income. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and submit warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines Cost all warranty repair orders daily and communicate with management accordingly Submit prior approvals and returning parts to manufacturer if requested Review and report on the status of open warranty repair orders to management Reconcile claims submitted/reimbursements received from the manufacturer providing explanations for variances Skills & Experience Preferred experience in an administration role in a similar environment.
