Customer Service - Freight Forwarding - $100,000 package — Brisbane, Brisbane Region

The Company My client is a Global Freight Forwarder with a standout brand and service across the world. As a leader in the Australasian logistics sector, they are an innovative service provider that embraces collaboration, learning, and development. Due to continuous growth & expansion they are looking to add someone to their Customer Service team based in Eagle Farm. Reporting to the General manager, you will work in a team of 4 with a strong focus on supporting key accounts, and process & compliance excellence. The Role Your main responsibilities will include: Liaising with local and overseas carriers Cover a portfolio of clients moving cargo FCL, LCL cargo duties & Air Handling of Customer specific enquiries or requirements import / Export Consignment tracking and monitoring Ensure all cargo is clear and all impediments are met to enable delivery Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and provide second-to-none customer service. Take full responsibilities and end-to-end ownership of customer shipments and issues. Act and communicate proactively and keep customers informed of any issues or changes in the booking. Your Experience Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role in freight forwarding Knowledge of import/export operations and customs procedures Relationship-building skills and strong communication abilities Exceptional attention to detail, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is highly regarded If you are interested please apply immediately.
