Your Exciting New Role - Customer Service Operator Your job duties & responsibility as a Customer Service Operator include but are not limited to the following: Interact with customers for bookings, pricing, service options and order updates Enhance customer experience, foster relationships and create customer loyalty Manage the status of customer orders through maintaining accurate data within CargoWise system and communicating exceptions to customers.
