As Operations Manager you will manage the day to day maintenance activities, participate in operational contract reviews and works alongside a wider centre management team on ad hoc projects. Main responsibilities: Contractor management (cleaning and security) and performance management Overall maintenance and operations management for centre Management of purchase orders, invoice management, contractor payments and Contract Commercial Approval (CCA). Managing efficiency's in energy costs & HVAC Daily centre inspections must be undertaken prior to the building openings. Any hazards or issues are to be dealt with immediately. Capital works projects across shopping centre Working as team across all risk management strategies Monthly reporting to operations management team Ideal background: Operations Manager/Facilties Manager 2 years expereince Experience in a shopping centre environment (advantageous) Knowledge and experience working across HVAC/Vertical transport Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Initiative, professionalism & persistence In return you will be rewarded with leading remuneration and excellent career advancement opportunities.
