The Role The purpose of the Quality Assurance Specialist position is to assist in ensuring the quality and compliance of our customer service and solutions team. Here’s what your day could look like: Quality Assurance : Conduct quality checks to spot policy breaches, process gaps, and potential risks. Using your previous experience to provide accurate and detailed review customer contact. Reporting : Share quality assurance results with the leaders and provide insights and areas of opportunity. Analysis: Review outcomes and pinpoint areas for improvement in Customer Service and solutions. Improvement : Identify red flags and suggest enhancements for processes and procedures. About you We’re looking for someone that has strong communication skills and experience working in a contact-centre environment. Here’s what we’re looking for: Communication : Excellent written and interpersonal skills to boost the contact-centre team's performance. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and technical abilities to provide constructive feedback. Knowledge: Familiarity with AML, Privacy Act, and NCCP.
