As the Clinical Midwife Educator you will be supporting the ongoing education and professional development of midwifery staff providing clinical teaching, mentorship and support to both new and experienced midwives in a variety of care settings. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on teaching, simulation sessions, and in-service education to midwifery staff and students to ensure safe, evidence-based practice Mentor and support midwives at all levels, from students to experienced staff Develop and Maintain Educational Resources aligned with current best practice and policy Promote Quality and Safe Patient Care Demonstrates agility and work as a change agent To be eligible you must: Current Nursing/Midwifery registration with AHPRA Extensive Clinical Midwifery experience working across antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal and neonatal care. Experience in Clinical Teaching and Mentoring with proven ability to support, teach and assess midwifery students, graduates and junior staff in clinical settings. Involvement in creating or delivering education programs, workshops or competency assessments for midwives Ability to support workforce development and foster a culture of clinical excellence.
