We are looking for passionate and committed Special Needs people to join our Inclusive Practice team as a case manager Our case managed students thrive in an inclusive setting that enables them to experience and learn with all students while accessing supports and interventions run by case managers. As a case manager, you will support a case load of students, working with teachers and parents to ensure they get the right supports, and ensuring all documentation such as PLPs and IBMPs are completed to enact these supports.
