We have been bombarded by clients seeking to engage Inside Sales / Sales Support / Pricing / Tariff Maintenance / Customer Service Operators ( insert whatever title you are most familiar with here ) using Cargowise. Ideally we are looking for Customer Service focussed staff with an Operational Background in International Freight Forwarding within Australia who can obtain spot rates and generate a proposal using Cargowise Sales Module or a Template. Also provide back up support to Import Operators as required but your focus will clearly be on liaising with clients, overseas agents and stakeholders. Key duties include: Managing a portfolio of clients with professionalism and care Maintaining workflow integrity through CargoWise1- input notes Handling booking requests, monitoring shipment progress, and providing timely updates Coordinating closely with internal parties and external stakeholders Assisting with client quotes and preparing proposals Problem Solving / troubleshooting client concerns Supporting the sales team Ideally your background will demonstrate: Previous / Current experience in International Freight Forwarding Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Competency with CargoWise1 High level attention to detail and excellent organisational skills A proactive and team player mindset An understanding of prioritising effectively We have a multitude of vacancies across all of Brisbane for these skills currently.
